aite, here it goes
1.
U'll need 2 bananas..that's what i usually do..or 1 or any amount you want..

a blender
3.
Milk
4.
Strip them off
5.
1 Tablespoon of oatmeal, or any stuff u want
6.
Ice cubes..up to your liking
7.
Mix 'em up
8.
Blend it
9.
Pour it
10.
All done
U can also put any type of fruits to your liking.
Serves 1.....Enjoy!
